What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drafting a variety of commercial finance loan documents – you’ll be the first draft wizard.
- Delving into due diligence, ordering public record searches, and discussing findings with attorneys.
- Reviewing organizational documents for various entities and preparing the necessary certificates and resolutions.
- Being the go-to person for raising relevant issues to attorneys.
- Keeping an eye on deal progress and document status.
- Crafting and updating forms and templates.
- Playing the communication maestro, keeping everyone in the loop on transaction status and documentation needs.
- Providing top-notch assistance with legal due diligence, including summarizing disclosures and wrangling data rooms.
- Keeping client and borrower information in tip-top shape.
- Orchestrating the logistics of our closings.
- Building trust-based relationships with clients, attorneys, and staff.
- Assisting in strategizing for favorable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.
