Position Summary
Are you ready to embark on a dynamic journey as a Project Estimator? In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in estimating project costs and capacity planning for subcontracted OEM and Rebuild projects. You won’t be going it alone; you’ll collaborate closely with assembly vendors, engineering, and procurement teams to establish target costs for project proposals and determine available capacities and lead times for successful project completion.
Here’s a snapshot of what we’re seeking:

- Experience Matters: You bring 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or subcontracting to the table. If you hold certifications in Estimation (such as AACE or ASPC), that’s fantastic. But, if you’ve got 5+ years of work experience as an estimator, you’re equally qualified in our eyes.
- Educational Diversity: While a degree in mathematics, finance, accounting, statistics, or related fields is ideal, we also welcome candidates with degrees and training in engineering management or project management, especially if complemented by relevant work experience.
- Analytical Brilliance: You’re the Sherlock Holmes of cost accounting, equipped with strong analytical skills. You can effortlessly interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Office 365 elements and ERP systems is second nature to you.
Preferred Certifications and Licenses:
We value continuous growth and development, so if you already hold or are willing to pursue the following certifications, we’d love to have you on board:
Professional Estimation Certification:
- Possess or work towards certifications like AACE International Certified Estimating Professional or ASPE Certified Professional Estimator (CCP/CEP/EVP/PRMP/PSP).
- Construction Acumen: CAC – Certified Associate Constructor (American Institute of Constructors) – a big plus.
- Project Management Prowess: PMP (Project Management Professional) – another feather in your cap.
