Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of facility equipment.
- Aid in the installation of equipment.
- Cable test preparation including respool and cable set-up
- Facility troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
- Waste, scrap, and recycle management.
- Packaging and shipping of outgoing goods.
- Receiving of incoming goods.
- Inventory management of stored goods.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Must have the ability to set and follow schedules
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Forklift certification.
- Install, maintain, and repair high- and low-voltage electrical and industrial systems, including motor controls and PLC’s.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma required
- Vocational degree or equivalent work experience in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
