Our education customer in Savannah is looking for an HR Coordinator

This temporary assignment is currently scheduled to last up to three months. 

  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel welcome, informed, and prepared to succeed.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our competitive benefits package, assisting employees in making informed choices during enrollment periods.
  • Process personnel and position transactions, maintain accurate records, and complete required reports.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and leadership regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, state and federal employment laws, and college pay and benefit processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software programs.
