What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with a strong background in the Financial Services industry and hands-on experience in both broker-dealers and RIA Operations. Please note that we’re specifically looking for this expertise and experience – banking experience will not be considered for this position.
Your Qualifications:
Here’s a snapshot of what we require from you:
- Bachelor’s Degree: A solid educational foundation sets the stage.
- 7+ Years of Financial Operations Experience: Your wealth of experience speaks volumes.
- 5+ Years of Operations Management: Proven leadership skills in an operations capacity.
- Licenses: Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65), and Series 24 (or 9 and 10) – your credentials matter.
- Diverse Experience: Familiarity with both Broker Dealer and RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) operations.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in systems like Pershing, and any of the following is a plus:
- Schwab
- Fidelity
- Albridge
- Black Diamond and/or other performance reporting systems
- RedTail or other CRM systems
- Strong Management Skills: You excel in managing both teams and projects.
- Industry Insight: You’re not just experienced; you’re industry-savvy, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Analytical Wizardry: Your knack for identifying relevant data and insights, and presenting them in actionable ways, is unmatched.
- Communication Extraordinaire: Your written and verbal communication skills shine brightly.
