One of our clients has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Coordinator – Team Lead. The estimated duration of the position is at least one year, with the possibility of converting permanently. The hourly pay rate is $32.00 an hour.
We offer a flexible work schedule, with Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, and the option for a lunch break from 30 minutes to an hour. This position is a hybrid role, so you’ll have the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.
As the Contract Coordinator – Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for negotiating, writing contract amendments, and compiling contract documents for execution. You’ll use electronic tools to track the status of contracts, amendments, renewals, and extensions while ensuring all deadlines are met. You’ll also develop and manage dashboards, benchmarking activities, and present contract statistical reports.
Additionally, you’ll assist in developing contract standard operating procedures and policies, monitor supplier and agency’s compliance with contract terms, develop and make presentations to all levels of leadership, and provide guidance and direction to the contract team. Intermediate to Advanced Level Experience using Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
To be successful in this role, you should have proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities, the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, exceptional customer service orientation, strong organizational and critical thinking skills, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Other preferred experience includes maintaining contracts in TeamWorks Financial (Peoplesoft), project management experience, and Microsoft Project software. The minimum qualifications for this position are a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Legal, or a related field, or equivalent work experience and/or certifications, and a minimum of three years working experience.
