Call Center Customer Service Representative

The customer will have onsite interviews on February 7-8
Training will begin by the end of February

Pay:  $16 per hour 


  • Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM or 8:30 AM – 5 PM 
  • 2 weeks of on-site training (downtown Atlanta)
  • 100% remote after training, but you must be able to report to the office within two hours for equipment issues. You should also be able to report to the office if requested for additional training.

Location:  Downtown, next to the capital building 

Interview process: Phone screen with one of our recruiters. Qualified candidates will be scheduled for an in-person interview with the customer on February 7th or 8th

Parking Fee:  $40 per month or $10 per day for the parking deck OR MARTA has a stop in the building (GA State Station). If you park in the parking deck payment must be made by card, they do not accept cash.

Essential Functions: 

  • Answering 95+ phone calls a day – using a script for greeting and closing
  • Clerical duties – documentation
  • Handling customer concerns & questions

Qualified Customer Service Rep candidates should have:

  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • 1 year of call center experience
