Administrative Support temporary employees needed in Downtown Atlanta, close to Peachtree Center Marta Station. 

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: M-F, 8am-4:30pm (40 hours/week)

**Please Note:  NO absences allowed during training**
**Candidates must be a Georgia Resident**
Business professional dress code

Job Description:

  1. Reviewing and processing appeal requests via a systematic electronic process.
  2. Investigating facts related to each appeal request and evaluating the evidence to determine what actions are appropriate.
  3. Creating and maintaining electronic appeal files for appeal hearings.
  4. Sending complete hearing files to appeal participants.
  5. Ensuring records are updated with the proper notes and entries
  6. Updating Hearing Officers on the status of assigned cases and files

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma AND One year of experience in an office setting using computer software.

Preferred

  • Associate’s degree
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to interpret and apply rules, policies and procedures
